Job Description:
Provide direction and support regarding incentive compensation plan. Manage the World Wide Compensation Programs for different groups across the Microsoft America’s region along with some World Wide based participants. Managing the quarterly bonus advances for these employees, landing the plan design with the field, training, trusted advisor to the business leadership, working with policy, finance, HR and LCA and improvement of processes and tools within that entire process.
Minimum Requirements:
● Primary requirements: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Three years experience in: Analysis of Financials, Reconciliations, Accounting Procedures, and Reporting on Actuals. Position also requires education or experience in: Business Partnering, Reviewing Financial Adjustments, and Compensation Processes.
● Alternative requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, plus five years progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in: Analysis of Financials, Reconciliations, Accounting Procedures, and Reporting on Actuals. Position also requires education or experience in: Business Partnering, Reviewing Financial Adjustments, and Compensation Processes.
Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
