Job Description:

Manage team of investigators located in multiple countries in corporate internal investigations of alleged violations of company policy involving financial issues. Work with employees in legal department as well as with internal auditors, human resources professionals, and finance professionals in conducting and managing fact finding in investigations involving multiple business units, locations, time zones, and jurisdictions. Lead the team to investigate facts and to provide objective, accurate, and prompt reporting. Develop strategic plan to focus resources on areas of greatest importance. Evaluate effectiveness of investigative team.

Minimum Requirements:

● Education: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in law or a related field.

● Seven years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience in managing and conducting complex, multi-national, internal investigations of alleged violations of law and/or corporate policy in the technology industry, including managing global teams of investigators.

● Position also requires education or experience in: Federal Rules of Evidence, preservation of evidence, employment law, privacy law, developing and communicating strategic plans and objectives for global investigative programs in the technology industry, writing clear and concise reports, and developing and communicating investigation procedures.
